Lynne

Lynne  Tannen founded Tannen’s Talent, Ltd. in 1984 and has built her management company into one of the busiest and most successful in the industry. Although it is one of the most competitive businesses to entertain, Lynne feels it can also be one of the most rewarding and exhilarating ever. A mother of a successful child model and actor, Lynne is able to share her own experiences and insight into the business and credits much of her success to being both hands on and behind the scene.

Having experienced many questions including the “how to’s” while managing her own sons busy acting career, Lynne found little comfort when seeking these answers. She decided to pave the way for new parents and talent in the industry. Lynne gave a refreshing meaning to the term “personal management”.

Dez

Dez grew up with a passion for the arts, having performed  throughout her youth until she exhausted the local dance and  theatre groups..  Dez continued on this path thru college where she earned her communications degree.  It was then that she decided to follow her dream thus taking  her  career to the next level.  After a move to Los Angeles,  Dez was excited to work on one of the first reality shows  ever created… “The Mole”, as well as several other production companies including shows for Comedy Central.  New York is home and we were lucky to have Dez return to her roots. 

As the prime  talent booker at Tannen’s for the past decade, Dez is able to share her insights as an actress to her success as a talent booker, with ease and determination, allowing others to follow in a successful path of modeling and talent.  Although  the behind the scenes can be somewhat stressful at times, Dez cannot be as productive as she is without the help of her many assistants and interns and would like to say “thank you” team!
